Garðar Þorvarðsson is the current CEO of Kvikna. Garðar has also previously served as Senior Director at Askar Capital, Director of Product Innovation at VIASYS Healthcare, and Director of Marketing and R&D at Taugagreining hf. Garðar has over 25 years of experience in the business world and has been instrumental in the success of many companies. Garðar is a well-respected leader and their experience and knowledge have made him a valuable asset to any organization.

Garðar Þorvarðsson received their master of science degree from Menntaskólinn við Sund, their bachelor of science degree from Árbæjarskóli, and their MSc and BSc in Mathematics from Háskóli Íslands.
