Jon McLachlan

Jon has been with the company since 2009. In that time, he has worn many hats within the organization: technician, lead technician, project manager, and most recently is the Operations Manager of the Communication Division. Jon says he’s personally enjoyed watching the growth of the company, staff, and the clients. KW has always had a “can do” attitude, and Jon feels he echoes that sentiment. Jon plays a key role in the day-to-day success of the company, including leading the project managers and engaging with clients. As someone who thrives off getting the job done right, on time, and on budget, Jon’s main goal is to continue the success of KW Corporation, while advocating for each and every one of the technicians, because without them, none of this would be possible.
