Taylor Groll

Taylor Groll, PMP, currently serves as President at KW Corporation, INC since November 2025. Previously, Taylor was Director of Operations at Antrum from April 2023 to November 2025 and held various leadership positions at Augusta Tower Technologies Inc from August 2017 to April 2023, including President and Vice President. Taylor’s experience at Vention Medical from November 2011 to August 2017 encompassed roles such as Director of Operations, Director of Engineering, Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, and Director of Product & Assembly Program Management, where responsibilities included talent development and driving project execution. Taylor began a career at ATEK Medical from January 2006 to November 2011, advancing from Manufacturing Engineer to Manager of Medical Group Program Management by demonstrating a strong ability to lead complex programs and enhance customer relationships. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University between 2001 and 2006.
