Stacy Racca

Stacy Racca is an experienced engineer and business executive. Stacy is currently the Advisor at KWI. Prior to that, they served as Deputy Chairman / JV voestalpine Tubulars, a joint venture between National Oilwell Varco and voestalpine. Before that, they were with DaimlerChrysler as Project Engineer and Manager Diesel Engine Programs, where they were responsible for the integration of V6 diesel engine from Mercedes over three year program period. Stacy has also served as Chief Executive Officer of KWI (KW International, LLC) and Founder of Tailwater Digital. Her previous experience also includes working as Project Engineer at Perkins Technology Inc.

Stacy Racca has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute. Stacy is also a Journeyman Automotive Mechanic (Kraftfahrzeugmechaniker) from Staatliche Berufsschule Mindelheim (Germany), and is certified as a Professional Engineer by the Texas Board of Professonal Engineers and the State of Michigan.
