Alejandro Cribeiro

Alejandro Cribeiro is an experienced Chief Engineer with a robust background in property management and maintenance. Since March 2018, Alejandro has been serving as Chief Engineer at KW Property Management and Consulting, while also holding the same position at FirstService Residential since October 2015. Prior to these roles, Alejandro was Chief Engineer at Royal American Management, Inc. from March 2009 to October 2015 and at Pinnacle Property Management Services from 2006 to 2009. Alejandro's expertise includes supervising HVAC systems and maintenance for residential high-rise buildings, addressing tenant and vacancy issues, and enhancing property value through client-centric solutions. Alejandro holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Havana and is certified in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology.
