Prior to this, Carolina served as Regional Director of Residences at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from August 2016 to January 2022. Before their tenure at Four Seasons, Carolina held the title of Director of Residences at Four Seasons Hotels - Miami from November 2007 to August 2016. From 2003 to 2007, Carolina was the Director of Residence program at Trump International Sonesta Beach. Carolina Serrano is an alumna of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
