Fernando Huacon

Fernando Huacon possesses extensive experience in engineering operations within the hospitality sector, currently serving as the Multi Property Chief Engineer at KW Property Management and Consulting since May 2025. In this role, Huacon oversees engineering operations for the Coronado Condominium Association, ensuring compliance with safety standards and driving operational excellence. Previously, Huacon held positions such as Multi Property Chief Engineer at OTH Hotels Resorts and Engineer at White Lodging Services, where significant contributions include overseeing maintenance and engineering for various hotel properties, as well as excelling in leadership roles to enhance guest safety and satisfaction.
