With a background that includes roles as a Lead Concierge at Marriott International and Chef Concierge at Trump International Resort, Miguel has consistently focused on delivering exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. Miguel started their career in various concierge and management positions at prominent hotels, such as Sheraton and Wyndham Worldwide, where significant achievements included leading teams and improving service quality. Miguel's dedication to the industry is further demonstrated through active roles in organizations like Les Clefs d'Or U.S.A., Ltd., where Miguel contributed to the planning of international meetings. Miguel holds degrees in Radio Broadcasting and Marketing from Miami Dade College and Brown Technical Institute.
