Molly Dillman

Molly Dillman is a strategist at KW2 with a strong background in guiding organizations through cultural and structural changes. They have worked across various institutions, including the University of Wisconsin System Administration and the Wisconsin Department of Administration, where they held roles in communications, policy development, and outreach. Currently, Molly is pursuing an M.S. in Strategic Communications and Analytics at Purdue University while also obtaining a Bachelor's degree from Edgewood College. With expertise in strategic communications, crisis management, and organizational leadership, they have demonstrated a commitment to effective advocacy and policy analysis.
