Luan Phan

Luan (Lu) Phan, P.Eng. is an experienced project manager currently at KWA Site Development Consulting Inc. since September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager for Urban Development at TYLin from November 2016 to September 2024, where work involved project engineering and site inspection roles. Earlier positions include a sales associate at SAIL, a wastewater intern at AECOM, and a field technician at Veritec Consulting Inc. Luan possesses hands-on experience with various technical equipment and methodologies in urban development, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, obtained in 2016.
