Sergey Borovik

Sergey Borovik is an experienced technology professional currently serving as VP of R&D at piggy since October 2020. Prior to this, Sergey co-founded and held the CTO position at Makeree from October 2014 to October 2020, overseeing project development and technological research. Sergey also has extensive experience from Jivy Group, where the role of Team Lead involved managing developers and leading software architecture, and as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in C#, web performance tuning, and database integration. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software Engineer in the Israel Defense Forces, contributing to various projects. Sergey holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the College of Management Academic Studies and is a graduate of the IDF School of Computer Science.
