Allen Sebastian has extensive experience in export management and trade marketing across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Export Manager at Kwality Global since March 2021, Allen has contributed to establishing the Kwality brand as the first ice cream brand produced in the GCC, reaching over 9000 outlets across the region and into African and Asian markets. Prior experience includes roles as Export Manager for Future Consumer Limited, Manager of Sales & Trade Marketing at VLCC International LLC, and Trade Marketing and Sales Manager for Emami International FZE. Allen's career began at ITC Limited, where roles included Area Manager and Area Executive, and early experience as a Marketing Executive at Harry & Louit Advertising. Allen holds an MBA in Marketing from CMR Institute Of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore.
