Sam Amponsah

Sam Amponsah has worked in the construction and engineering fields since 2009. Sam began their career at Newmont Mining Corporation as a Project Team Leader. In 2010, they worked as a Project Supervisor/Surveying Officer at Bogoso Prestea Gold Ghana. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Project Manager at Las Adventuras Engineering Limited. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Project Coordinator, Transcorp Hilton Abuja at Gassim. From 2016 to 2022, they were a Project Manager at Sean Engineering Limited. Currently, they are a Project Engineer at Kwame Building Group, where they are the Owner's representative for the City of St Louis Cervantes Convention Center Expansion and Modernization Project. Sam is responsible for managing project document control processes, tracking, updating and disseminating design basis inputs to project team members, and managing, tracking and responding to RFIs and submittals.

Sam Amponsah completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah'\u200b University of Science and Technology, Kumasi between 2003 and 2007. Sam then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Construction Project Management at Anglia Ruskin University between 2011 and 2012. Sam also completed a Master of Science - MS in Construction Project Management at Anglia Ruskin University.
