Niran S. has an extensive work experience in the engineering and construction fields. Niran began their career in 2007 as an Architect at the United Nations, where they were responsible for designing, planning, and preparing architectural and engineering working drawings of office buildings with a cost of up to $4M. In 2009, Niran took on a dual role as an Engineer and Facilities Project Manager at the United Nations, where they managed construction, maintenance, and operations of offices, buildings, and utility services with a total occupancy of more than 4000 staff. From 2013 to 2015, Niran was a Project Controls Engineer & BIM Manager at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Niran was responsible for preparing Critical Path Method Baseline Schedules for several projects, reviewing schedules submitted by contractors, performing monthly updates and generating progress reports, and tracking actual expenditure. In 2017, Niran co-founded Kwant.ai and onTarget.

Niran S. obtained a Master's of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbia University in 2013, with a focus in Construction Engineering and Management. In 2014, they obtained an OSHA 10 Hr. Safety Training certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. In 2013, they obtained certifications in Primavera P6 Advanced Rel 8.2 Ed 1 PRV, Primavera P6 Professional Advanced Rel 8.2 Ed 1 PRV, and Primavera P6 Reporting with BI Publisher 11g Ed 1 PRV from Oracle.
