Michael Baughn

Michael Baughn is an experienced professional in the energy and finance sectors, currently serving as Manager of the West Real-Time Power Desk and previously as a Sr. Real-Time Power Trader at EDF Trading since June 2021. Prior to this, Michael worked at Endeavor Energy Resources as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist and at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation as a Sr. Buyer for OCTG. Michael's earlier roles include Outside Sales Representative at United States Steel Corporation and Real-Time Power Trader at J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities included executing financial power swaps and monitoring market constraints. Michael began their career as an Audit Associate at KPMG US, focusing on financial statement audits. Michael holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Texas A&M University.
