Olenka Stepanova

Olenka Stepanova is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the field. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the Power Management Division at Regal Rexnord since October 2022, Olenka focuses on enhancing talent strategies to foster high-performing teams.
