Daniel L. Tack, Jr., PE has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daniel L. began their career in 1996 as the Director of Public Works for the Ohio Army National Guard, where they oversaw various construction and maintenance projects. In 2001, they transferred to the Ohio Air National Guard and served in multiple leadership roles, including Director of Public Works and Deputy Operations Officer. Notable accomplishments during this time include overseeing a large-scale land acquisition and development plan, negotiating design and construction projects, and implementing a preventative maintenance program. Tack joined Kwest Group in 2019 as the Director of Field Operations, and later became the Director of Operations. Currently, they serve as the Vice President - Integrator for the company.

Daniel L. Tack, Jr., PE obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Daniel L. then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (MSCE) degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo, graduating in 2001.
