Moe Lavigne has extensive work experience in the mining industry. Moe started their career as a Resident Geologist at the Ontario Geological Survey in 1984. In 1997, they founded Matawin Mineral Exploration and served as its President until 2001. Moe then joined North American Palladium as Vice President of Exploration from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they became Vice President at Galantas Gold Corporation until 2007. From 2008 to 2009, they were the President of East West Resources Corporation. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Exploration and Development at KWG Resources, starting from August 2009.
Moe Lavigne obtained a Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Brock University, which they attended from 1975 to 1979. Moe then pursued a Master of Science degree in Geology at McMaster University, where they were enrolled from 1980 to 1983.
