Bryan Trainor

Bryan Trainor is a seasoned benefits professional currently serving as the Principal of Benefits at Kwik Trip, Inc. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Bryan was the Manager of Benefits at Gundersen Health System from September 2021 to August 2024, where responsibilities included managing a comprehensive array of employee benefit programs for over 10,000 employees and leading a strategic Total Benefits Evaluation Initiative to enhance competitiveness and employee satisfaction. Bryan’s earlier experience includes positions as Health Promotion Manager and Wellness & Benefits Analyst at Ashley Furniture Industries from March 2014 to September 2021.
