Dr. Maike Kayser

Dr. Maike Kayser currently serves as the Lead of Content & Channel Management at KWS Group, where responsibilities have included roles as Project Manager for International Marketing Communication and Marketing & Sales Force Excellence, alongside leadership of the Executive Board's Office since April 2014. Prior experience includes positions as a Research Fellow and Research Assistant at the University of Göttingen in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development from October 2009 to March 2014. Dr. Kayser holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and a Master of Science in Agriculture (Equine Science) from the University of Göttingen, along with a term abroad in Quality Management from École Supérieure d'Agriculture d'Angers and a Diploma in Media Business and Journalism from Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven.
