Felix Büchting

Felix Büchting's work experience includes serving as CEO of KWS Group, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Board from January 2019 to December 2022. Felix also held the position of Head of Business Unit Cereals from July 2017 to December 2018. Before joining KWS Group, Felix Büchting was the President of the Board of Directors at KWS MOMONT SAS since March 2016. Felix was also the Purchasing Director at Symrise from September 2010 to November 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Scientific Advisor at Projektträger Jülich, Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH from November 2007 to August 2010. Felix Büchting started their career at KWS Group, where they served as a Management Assistant from March 2006 to October 2007 and as a Trainee from February 2005 to February 2006.

Felix Büchting obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Crop Science from Oregon State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended the University of Hohenheim from 1996 to 1999, focusing on Agrarbiologie.
