Magdalena Buschmann

Magdalena Buschmann is an experienced professional in the field of agricultural product management, currently serving as an International Product and Production Manager for Sorghum at KWS Group since January 2009, after holding various roles related to sunflower and sorghum management within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing Manager for BASF, focusing on oil crops and legumes in Central and Eastern Europe, and a position as Cross-Compliance Coordinator at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. Additionally, Magdalena participated in the Carl Friedrich Goerdeler-Kolleg program at Robert Bosch Stiftung. Academic credentials include a PhD in Economics and Management from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, complemented by a Master's degree in the same field and an Erasmus semester at the University of Hohenheim.
