Malte Bährens

Malte Bährens has work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they are the owner of Bährens Energie-Beratung since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at KWS Group, where they held the positions of lead of supply engineering and supply engineer from 2015 onwards. Before joining the KWS Group, Malte worked as a Planungsingenieur at Ingenieurgesellschaft Meinhardt Fulst GmbH from 2013 to 2014.

Malte Bährens obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from HAWK - University of Applied Science and Arts, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010. Malte then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Erneuerbare Energien from the same university, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. In 2022, they attended Ökozentrum NRW to become an Energie-Effizienz-Experte Wohngebäude.
