Mireia Molina Galera

Mireia Molina Galera is a professional with extensive experience in data management, change management, and sustainability. Currently serving as Team Lead for Master Data Management and Transition Lead at KWS Group since October 2019, Mireia previously worked as a Change Management Consultant at Campana & Schott, where digital transformation initiatives were facilitated through the implementation of multi-channel solutions. Additionally, Mireia has expertise in customer care and training from a position at Internetstores, and contributed to sustainable development projects at Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services. Mireia began her career with a focus on project management and operations, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
