Oya Sarkan

Oya Sarkan, PhD, is a seasoned expert in global performance, talent, and employee development, currently serving at KWS Group since March 2020. With extensive experience in human resources spanning over a decade, Oya previously held key positions at KPMG Türkiye, where responsibilities included HR business partnership, organizational development, and talent management. Additional roles encompassed career management at Sabanci University and HR business partnerships at both Alcatel-Lucent and Turkcell Technology R&D, focusing on areas such as recruitment and training. Oya holds a PhD in Educational Sciences with a specialization in Adult Education from Boğaziçi University, along with a master's degree in Sociology and a bachelor's degree in Social and Political Sciences.
