Sebastian Schwerdtfeger

Sebastian Schwerdtfeger has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as the Global Health, Safety & Environment Manager at KWS Group since July 2008. In this role, responsibilities include international project oversight, process optimization in maize and oilseed processing, investment planning, certification of treatment facilities, and EHS coordination. Previously, Sebastian worked as a Process Engineer focused on the Sugarbeet Business Unit in the USA, managing construction project coordination and maintenance for production facilities. Prior to KWS Group, Sebastian was employed as an Operations Engineer at AWS GmbH from January 2006 to June 2008. Education includes a degree in safety engineering from IAG Dresden and further studies at OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts and Technische Universität Clausthal.
