Thomas Ladage

Thomas Ladage has over 20 years of experience in finance and treasury management. Thomas currently holds the position of Head of Expert Hubs Finance at KWS Group, where they have been since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Expert Hub Finance at KWS Berlin GmbH. From 2010 to 2019, Thomas worked at KWS SAAT SE as the Head of Treasury & Risk Management. Before that, they were the Head of Group Financing at Continental AG from 2006 to 2009 and the Managing Director of Conti-Gummi Finance B.V. in Amsterdam from 2001 to 2005. Thomas also worked at Otto Group as the Head of the Finance Team from 2009 to 2010.

Thomas Ladage attended Leibniz Universität Hannover from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Diplom-Ökonom degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
