In 2021, Hiam also took on the role of a National Director for Miss Grand International, an internationally renowned beauty pageant with over 6 million followers. Hiam'sresponsibilities include representing Bangladesh and Pakistan and upholding the pageant's mission.

Hiam H. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media and Cinema Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2014 to 2019.
