Philani Mkhwanazi

Philani Mkhwanazi is an experienced sales leader currently serving as Team Leader: Limpopo at KWV since September 2021, overseeing regional sales, relationship management with key clients and third-party partners, and directing the performance of the sales team. Prior to this role, Philani held positions as a Business Development Representative and Field Sales Representative at KWV, focusing on customer relationship management and brand education. Philani's experience also includes a role as a Human Capital Young Professional-in-Training at Transnet Freight Rail from July 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities involved supporting HR processes and managing unemployment insurance claims. Philani holds a Bachelor of Social Science Honours Degree in Industrial, Organisational and Labour Studies and a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Management & Industrial, Organisational and Labour Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
