Lucas Wendland

Lucas Wendland is a seasoned broadcast engineer and media production specialist with diverse experience in the field. Currently serving as a part-time Broadcast Engineer at KWWL since September 2016, Lucas assists in the maintenance of computers and equipment and helps in setting up a new studio. Concurrently, as Studio Production Manager at Wartburg Knight Vision since May 2014, Lucas technical directs live shows and trains new technical directors on the TriCaster system. Additionally, Lucas holds a position as Assistant Production Director at Your Sound 89.9 KWAR, facilitating the production of radio advertisements and participating in strategic planning meetings. Lucas began the career journey as a Student Employee at The Mensa and earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from Wartburg College in 2017.
