Alpa Moscarella

Alpa Moscarella has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer experience, product design, and management. Alpa is currently working as the SVP and Head of Customer Experience & Product Design at KX since June 2023. Previously, they served as the Executive Director of Digital Experience Design at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from March 2022 to June 2023.

Prior to that, Alpa held roles at TIBCO, an Information Builders acquisition, as the Senior Director of Product Management & Product Design from February 2021 to March 2022. At Information Builders, they were the VP of Innovation and Experience from October 2020 to February 2021 and the Senior Director of Design from March 2019 to October 2020.

Alpa also served as the Director of UX for Small Business Solutions at Dun & Bradstreet from September 2006 to March 2007, and as a Project Manager at Dun & Bradstreet from January 2001 to February 2006.

Alpa Moscarella obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Neural Science from New York University, completing their education from 1994 to 1998.
