András G. Békés has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. András G. began their career in 2000 as a Teaching Assistant at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where they taught functional and logic programming to university students.

In 2006, András joined Ericsson as a Software Engineer, working on the maintenance of the AXD301 product, which is one of the largest software products ever implemented in a functional language. András G. later took on more challenging tasks as part of a new team working on the NETSim project.

In 2010, András joined Morgan Stanley as a Vice President/Senior Software Engineer. András G. played a crucial role in developing a data warehouse solution for the bond trading desk, which later expanded to the entire fixed income division. As the user base and team grew significantly, András took on management responsibilities alongside their technical role.

Most recently, András joined KX as a Senior Software Engineer in December 2021.
