Sydney Berger

Sydney Berger is a skilled sports journalist currently serving as a Sports Weekend Anchor and Reporter at KXLY TV since September 2023, alongside duties as a Digital Streaming Anchor and Fill-In Sports Reporter. With prior experience as a Multimedia Journalist at Murrow News 8 and various roles at Washington State University Athletics, including Sports Information Student Assistant and Athletic-Communications Intern, Sydney has developed strong interviewing, writing, and content creation skills. Sydney has also held communication roles with the Associated Students of WSU and managed public relations for Kappa Kappa Gamma. Additional experience includes a sports news internship at ABC7 Los Angeles and a background in fitness instruction. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast News Journalism and Sport Management from Washington State University.
