Vlad Gheorghiu

Vlad Gheorghiu has a wealth of experience in business and management. Vlad started their career in 2010 as an Intern, Business Developer at Crisalix. In 2011, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at HEC Lausanne, where they researched and analyzed corporate governance related data from Swiss listed companies. In 2012, they were an Intern at Stryker as a Finance Analyst and at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst. From 2013 to 2021, they held various roles at McKinsey & Company, including Associate, Senior Engagement Manager, and Global Manager of Employee Mental Health Program. Additionally, they were a Business Developer at the International Centre of Biodynamics in 2013. Currently, they are the Co-Founder & CEO of Kyan Health.

Vlad Gheorghiu has a strong educational background. Vlad attended Spiru Haret from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained their High School degree with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. From 2008 to 2011, they attended HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, obtaining a Bachelor in Economics with a focus on Finance. From 2010 to 2011, they attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) to pursue a degree in Finance and Economic Policy. From 2011 to 2012, they attended HEC Paris, where they obtained an MSc in Managerial and Financial Economics with Honors. Finally, from 2016 to 2017, they attended INSEAD, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with Distinction, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
