Minsun Robillard

Minsun Robillard is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in operations, training, and guest experience. Currently serving as the Director of Launch Services at KYC Hospitality since 2022, Minsun oversees product launches, customer onboarding, partner support, and training initiatives. Previously held the position of General Manager at Marriott in Seattle-Issaquah, where Minsun was responsible for daily operations, budget management, and sales and marketing strategies. Minsun’s expertise also includes roles at LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE as a Training & Development Consultant, The Wilson Hotel at Big Sky as Director of Operations/Assistant General Manager, and The Westin Maui Resort & Spa as Director of Guest Experience. Earlier career highlights include positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and JW Marriott Hotel Seoul, focusing on marketing, customer relations, and human resources.
