Brad Elsinger

Brad Elsinger is currently the Vice President of Client Management at KyckGlobal. Prior to joining KyckGlobal, Brad was the Director of Credit & Operations at FundThrough from March 2019 through April 2020. In their role at FundThrough, Brad was responsible for engineering and implementing the business infrastructure for scalable growth of an international receivables portfolio. Brad was also accountable for the operational aspects of delivering FundThrough's financial products as it related to compliance, fraud risk, manual underwriting, collections, customer service, banking partner approvals, and portfolio monitoring.

During their time at FundThrough, Brad created, documented, and implemented policies and procedures driving credit, fraud, & regulatory risk strategies while maintaining oversight to ensure the strategies were fully implemented with robust internal control systems. Brad also designed automated flows for exception, fraud, and credit risk reviews with tiered escalation structures. In addition, Brad transitioned the organization into a data first methodology through performance MIS focused on scalable portfolio segmentation & tracking for optimizing the underwriting policies.

In addition to their work at FundThrough, Brad has also provided business judgment, analytical problem solving, & quantitative analysis to executive management driving directional approach to expanding market reach. Brad has conducted forecasting for credit & fraud risk through mathematical modeling (Markov Chains & Regression Models) and data science methods.
