Boris Dolgushin has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Boris is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Kyivstar, the largest integrated telecom operator in Ukraine. In this role, they manage a finance team of over 300 employees, oversees procurement and supply chain management, and has achieved double-digit revenue growth for 20 consecutive quarters. Boris is responsible for operational excellence, leading the company to the highest EBITDA margin globally.
Prior to their current position, Boris worked at VEON, where they held various roles, including Regional Director FP&A and Business Control, Head of Finance for GTEL-Mobile, Head of Finance Integration, Senior Integration Manager, and Budget controller. Boris was also a member of the Supervisory Boards for Beeline Kazakhstan, Beeline Kyrgyzstan, Kyivstar, and VimpelCom.

Boris Dolgushin completed their education at IMD, specializing in High Performance Leadership in the year 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (Hons) degree in Economics and management of enterprises from Perm State Technical University (PSTU) between 1999 and 2004.
