Mykhailo Mykoliuk

Mykhailo Mykoliuk has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications and banking industries. Mykhailo started their career in 2013 at Alfa Bank Ukraine, where they held various roles including Chief Specialist and Head of Affluent Customers Development Unit. In 2017, they joined Kyivstar, a telecommunications company, as a Senior Customer Experience Manager. Mykhailo later progressed to become the Head of Regional Marketing B2C, Head of B2C Regional Marketing & Sales Department, and currently holds the position of Head of Retail Sales.

Mykhailo Mykoliuk's education history includes a Certificate in Inspirational Leadership from IMD in 2023. Prior to that, they completed a TOP-manager program at Laba in 2020 and a Product Management course at Laba in 2021. Before pursuing these programs, they obtained a pre-MBA degree in Program of Management Development from MIM Business School (International Institute of Management) in 2018-2019. Mykhailo also holds a Master's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Khmelnitskiy National University, which they earned from 2003 to 2008. In addition, they obtained a Specialist degree in business economics from the same university from 2011 to 2013.
