Oleksandr Kozitskyi

Oleksandr Kozitskyi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and operational finance. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of FP&A at Київстар since October 2025, Oleksandr has previously held key roles at Welltech from September 2019 to October 2025, where contributions included the development of FP&A functions and leading the Finance Leadership Team. Earlier experience includes positions at PwC and Baker Tilly (Ukraine), specializing in auditing and financial consultancy across various industries such as telecommunications, oil and gas, and agriculture. Oleksandr holds a Master's degree in Financial Controlling from Kyiv National Economics University and has completed ACCA's fundamental level.
