Pavlo Khitsko has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Pavlo started their career as an Analyst of the Marketing Department at Intertelecom in 2006. Pavlo then moved on to MTS Ukraine (UMC) in 2008, where they worked as a CRM Expert, managing retention and development campaigns and implementing new communication methods. In the same year, they also joined ITC (CDMAua™) as the Head of Voice Product, responsible for pricing, new product development, and project management. Pavlo achieved significant revenue growth and successfully implemented revenue generating offers during their tenure. In 2011, Pavlo joined Astelit as the Tariffing and Offers Responsible, where they played a key role in product management, CRM campaigns, and profitability modeling. Pavlo also led the development and implementation of regional strategies and value proposition projects that received multiple awards. Pavlo's most recent position was at Kyivstar, where they held multiple roles, including Head of Value Proposition & Monetization and Head of Financial Services. Pavlo was recognized as the company's best employee and contributed to significant revenue growth through pricing, campaigns, and data monetization. Pavlo Khitsko holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Pavlo also has a Master's degree in Project Management from KROK, earned in 2007-2008. Additionally, Pavlo obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Kyiv National Economics University, which they completed from 2002 to 2007. In 2007, they completed an advanced course in sociology at the Academy of Sciences.
