Customer Success Manager at KYKLO

Alex Hahn has been working in the field since 2013. Alex's first job was as an Athletics Assistant at the City of Watertown Parks and Recreation, where they were responsible for assisting in the running of the city's youth baseball league. In 2015, they began working as an Event Manager at SUNY Cortland, where they were responsible for coordinating sporting events on the campus. Alex then moved on to the New York State Golf Association in 2016, where they were a Championships Intern and was responsible for tournament management and event logistics. That same year, they began working as a Sales Associate at the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 2017, they became a Customer Relations Specialist at New Era Cap, and in 2019 they became an Assistant Sales Professional at TravisMathew Apparel. Most recently, they have been working as a Key Account Specialist at AURUBIS BUFFALO, INC since 2021, and they are currently a Customer Success Manager at KYKLO.

Alex Hahn attended the State University of New York College at Cortland from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sport Management.
