Dingqian Zhou

Technical Support Engineer at Kyligence

Dingqian Zhou began their work experience as a Junior Consultant at SAP in 2016, where they were responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Solution Manager and resolving client issues through email or phone communication. In 2017, Zhou joined Ericsson as an Associate Software Developer, where they designed and executed test plans based on new product requirements and conducted independent testing and problem-solving. In 2018, Zhou joined Kyligence as a Technical Support Engineer, assisting with technical support and participating in Kyligence University. They later assumed the role of Technical Support Lead, leading a team and coordinating activities such as recruitment and training for new staff. Zhou also collaborated with team members for technical support, arranged L3 technical support shifts, and improved work processes and internal knowledge sharing. Since 2020, Zhou has been working as a Payment Engineer at Alibaba Group.

Dingqian Zhou completed their undergraduate education from 2013 to 2017 at Shanghai University, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology.
