Melissa Rocha currently serves as the Vice President of Global Procurement at Kymera International, a position held since September 2021, and previously held the role of Director of Global Sourcing. Melissa has also been involved with Women in Manufacturing as a member of the Board for the Education Foundation since April 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Implementation at Wastequip and various leadership positions at Schaeffler, where responsibilities encompassed purchasing for the Americas and South America. As a lecturer at Senai São Paulo, Melissa contributed to the education sector from 2007 to 2015. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, a Bachelor's in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering, and multiple advanced degrees in engineering and supply chain management, including an Executive MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
