Kate Lipford

Kate Lipford is a seasoned professional in clinical operations with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Clinical Operations at Kymera Therapeutics since January 2024, Kate has previously held significant roles at Novo Nordisk and Forma Therapeutics, where responsibilities included overseeing clinical operations and managing trial activities. Prior experience at Idera Pharmaceuticals and Merck further honed expertise in clinical trial management and discovery chemistry.
