Hugo Bentz has a diverse work experience that spans various companies and industries. In 2015, they co-founded LE PLONGEOIR, a project studio where they worked for 10 hours a week and achieved an annual revenue of over 1 million euros. In 2017, they co-founded Kymono with The Family and Olivier Ramel, focusing on culture design. In 2021, they co-founded Villa Maria, a co-working space in Bordeaux known for its exceptional offices. In 2022, they founded Poney Club®, a club that welcomes individuals from all backgrounds. Hugo also took on the role of CEO and Co-Founder at LaChapelle.club, a startup studio, and became a seed investor for folk, Ulysse, ZELIQ, and Combigo, providing support for innovative startups in various industries. Additionally, in 2022, they co-founded CHASR, aiming to help businesses scale their advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and TikTok using user-generated content. Hugo Bentz continues to be actively involved in the startup ecosystem, investing in and co-founding companies that offer unique solutions in their respective industries.

Hugo Bentz pursued their education at KEDGE Business School from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a Master 2 degree in E-commerce and Entreprenariat.
