Akesh Bhalla

Akesh Bhalla is a seasoned marketing leader currently serving as VP of Marketing Transformation & Operations at Kyndryl since September 2021. In this role, Bhalla focuses on enhancing customer and marketer experiences while driving operational efficiency through the design and transformation of marketing foundations, including MarTech, data analytics, and cultural change. Prior to Kyndryl, Bhalla held the position of Global Director of Data Strategy and Reporting at IBM from June 2005 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing marketing data strategy and providing insights into marketing performance. Bhalla's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Yale School of Management, a Master of Science in Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
