David Pearson

David Pearson is a former Chief Operating Officer for Kyndryl UK and Ireland and IBM UK and Ireland, currently open to new roles. With extensive experience in strategic planning, governance, and change management, they have successfully led and transformed complex organizations. David's career includes significant positions at IBM, where they held roles from Financial Operations Manager to Vice President and COO for the UK & Ireland. They are a Chartered Accountant and hold a First Class BSc (Hons) in Maths and Management from The University of Hull.
