Desiree Roach is an experienced Business Data Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. Most recently, Desiree held the position of Senior Business Data Analyst at Softchoice, where responsibilities included gathering requirements, analyzing data, and developing dashboards to enhance operational efficiency.
