Harish Verma

Harish Verma serves as Chief IT Architect and Director of Infrastructure/Cloud Architecture at Kyndryl since September 2021, previously holding the same roles at IBM from May 2011 until August 2021. Harish has extensive experience in leading architectural initiatives across various domains, including Digital Experience, Robotic Process Automation, and Cloud Automation Services. Notable contributions include developing the SRE framework for Kyndryl and assessing the ELK stack to enhance operational standards. Prior roles at companies like Reliance Industries, Carrefour, and Panasonic involved designing customized application architectures, while earlier positions at Vodafone, BT, and IBM focused on eBilling and SOA solutions. Harish holds a Master of Technology in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and has a strong foundation in electrical engineering with a Bachelor's degree from the National Institute of Technology, Patna.
