Holly Hickey

Holly Hickey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and services sectors, particularly within the retail, consumer products, and travel industries. As Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Consumer & Travel Market at Kyndryl from November 2021 to September 2022, Holly led a team of around 50 sales professionals, focusing on new business development and maintaining robust client relationships across a range of services including infrastructure, cloud, and cyber resiliency. Prior to Kyndryl, Holly served in various leadership roles at IBM from July 2017 to November 2021, including Vice President of Global Technology Services and Sales Director for multiple business units, overseeing significant P&L responsibilities and driving strategic initiatives in AI and cloud solutions. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management from Caldwell University and completed an Executive Management Program at the University of Colorado Boulder.
